Questions and Answers
I have an appointment with the doctor, but I cannot go to it. What do I have to do?

Always try to go to the appointment. If you are too sick to go to the doctor's, you can call the Practiceline to ask if the family doctor or the practice-nurse can come to you.

If you do not know how to take the bus or train to a doctor or a hospital, you can also ask the COA staff member for help.

If you are not able to travel by bus or train and need help to get to the hospital, then call the GC A Practiceline (0 881 122 112).

If, for some urgent reason you really cannot make it to an appointment, you need to tell that to the doctor that you have the appointment with.  You can call the doctor to make a new appointment. For help with this, you can also call the GC A Practiceline.
