| I do not think that I am getting proper help. What can I do? |
|
If you think that a doctor has not helped you properly, you may speak directly with the doctor about it. Try to explain clearly why you believe that you were not helped properly. If you and the doctor are not able to understand each other well, the doctor or the GC A can arrange for an interpreter. If you and the doctor are not in agreement, you can fill in a complaint form . Perhaps you think that you have not been properly helped because you had to pay for specific care, medicine, or other medical aids. The type of care that is paid for, however, is determined by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) and it is the same for all asylum seekers. For more information, you can call the GC A at: 0 881 122 112. |
