The next time that you are being helped, this information can be viewed by a doctor, practice-nurse or a consultant psychiatric care.  In this way, they will know which treatments you have already had and what medicine you are currently using. This personal information is only for the care providers that are involved with your treatment. Staff members from the Practiceline are also able to view the information. Your information is stored in a safe place.
